Comparison between diesel and petrol engines of car

There are basically two types of auto engines which are popular in auto industry and they both there own identity and features. Diesel and petrol engines are preferred by people according to their choices and most of the car companies build both types of versions available for the customers. They both functions differently because both are different fuels. Petrol versions of the car are cheaper then the diesel versions mostly.

In petrol cars engine is burned and it losses lubrication while in diesel engines it doesn’t happen, that is the reason for the long life of a diesel engine. Diesel engines produce more torque then the petrol engines which is regarded as the pickup of a vehicle. Diesel engines have more fuel efficiency that’s why mileage is better in case of diesel engine. But when it comes to maintenance petrol engines does not require much maintenance as compared to the diesel engines.

Give a look to your car parts to check the condition

A car is designed and built by engineers and it is really a tough job to understand the working of the different car parts used to build a complete car. How many car parts are there in your car, I guess it may be around thousand or may be more then that. Auto parts can be divided in two basic categories:

  • Exterior car parts
  • Interior car parts

When a car part stops functioning then the problem begins every part is necessary and we always notice that even a single and tiny car part if gets older or defected causes our car malfunction. You should always use the branded car parts when you have to replace them, because if you use non branded parts they can affect performance of your car.
